Job Details
Konzmann is looking for candidates which: are skilled to be an active part of our sales team, can nurture customer relationships and are intrinsically motivated to aim for achievements. The role of Sales Manager at Konzmann is to analyse the current situation of our customers and consult who could benefit from the value of function-rich, user-centric, and optimized Add-Ins of Konzmann. For these responsibilities candidates need to have a phenomenal energy, knowledge of sales strategies and an interest into modern technologies and processes. We currently have fourteen languages in our offer, and we will ask the sales department to expand in countries where we till now have no customers, to build a network around the world. In the future we plan to divide the sales department into multiple sections each responsible for a specific region. Your responsibility is to formulate and execute strategies to push business growth in the different regions.
Expectations
- Strong experience and success in Sales in B2B (SaaS)
- Demonstrable competitive or new account sales skill, especially in selling SaaS
- Experienced and effective in negotiating and closing complex deals, leading project teams to success
- Business fluent in English, plus point if also in another language
